About the job

We are seeking an exceptionally thoughtful, detail obsessed, and data-focused Growth Marketer to spearhead performance marketing initiatives for multiple direct-to-consumer (DTC) clients.

In this client-facing position, you will implement digital marketing strategies across various Paid Social platforms (mainly Facebook/Instagram and Google) and additional digital channels.


  • Mastery of paid media advertising
  • Proactive in identifying ways to streamline, simplify, and better organize how analysts function within their role and how they function within the team.
  • Regularly engage with Analysts several times a week to review their accounts, assist with problem-solving, pinpoint blind spots, discuss optimization strategies, and ensure adherence to Beaini Brands' SOPs and best practices.
  • Ensure quality control for new client launches and extensive ad uploads from other Analysts
  • Ability to mentor fellow Analysts while simultaneously handling multiple accounts on your own.
  • Function as the go-to expert for resolving technical issues in ad platforms, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the eCommerce and digital marketing landscape, including ongoing market research and sharing innovative strategies with the team on a monthly basis (once or twice a month)
  • In-depth understanding of data and analytics, proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, third-party attribution software, and Google Sheets; adept at utilizing data for problem-solving and storytelling
  • Ability to discover insights and achievements that can be leveraged for the agency's marketing efforts
  • Brief the team on new ad creative iterations, ideas and competition research

You Must

  • Possess 3+ years of experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook or Google Ads
  • Be familiar with major social platforms and digital ad platforms
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, hyper-organized, and proficiency with numbers
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for learning, adapting to the ever-changing industry; if you haven't read a book within the past couple months, this role is not for you.
  • Be well versed in pop culture and current trends
  • Be efficient: Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality. Recognize the significance of the 80/20 principle in our lives and apply it effectively to achieve better results.
  • Consistently meet deadlines without excuses
  • Diligently manage delegated tasks and requests, following up with clients or team members as needed
  • Be proactive: Take the initiative to assess clients' needs and suggest ideas or campaigns, instead of waiting for their recommendations.
  • Be detail-oriented: Approach your work with a keen focus on details, recognizing their importance and embracing them.
